Post a few duds, Kangana Ranaut seems to be back on the right track. Though 2011 may not have brought much for the lass, but 2012 seems to be promising. However, her films ‘Tanu weds Manu’ and ‘Double Dhamaal’ were good at the box office but in a row she gave three flops also – ‘Game’, ‘Rascals’ and ‘Miley Na Miley Hum’.
Nevertheless, in 2012 she has ‘Tezz’ that is more about Anil Kapoor and Ajay Devgan we guess. But Kangana is not disheartened. She is all set to come back on track and resume the cat race. She has bagged interesting roles in Dedh Ishqiya and Krrish 3, the two biggies of this year.
As if this not enough for the hot actress, she has now replaced Vidya Balan in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Shootout at Wadala’. She is essaying the same charcter which previously was offered to Vidya Balan. Vidya had moved out of the film as she saw nothing much substantial in the role she was asked to do. But for Kangana it has some essence to it.
As this is an Ekta Kapoor and Sanjay Gupta Productions, Kangs is very happy to bag the role. After all how could she forget Ekta who gave her ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai’ which became a big hit in Kangana’s film career. With these ventures in her hands it seems Kangana would soon climb the ladder and reach her contemporaries.
