If reports were to be believed, Shahrukh Khan had invested most of his efforts and money in his home production Ra.One. Almost 200 crores were at stake. Everyone was just too anxious to see the fate of the movie which saw a mega Diwali release.
Shahrukh had tried hard to leave no stone unturned to ensure film’s success. He travelled all across the country and tied up with as many as twenty brands which amount him 52 crores. The entire budget of the film is estimated around 150 crores.
Ra. One had hit the theatres across 400 screens overseas and 3000 screens inIndiaof which about 500 theatres will be screening its 3D version. Moreover the film also boasts of about 3,500 special effects shots, while James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’ had only 2700.
