Karan Johar brings you the remake of Big B’s blockbuster of yesteryears ‘Agneepath’. In early 1990s the film was made by Yash Johar with Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. Now, it is Karan who is resurrecting the older version. The lead star cast of the film includes Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt, Rishi Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra. The film is produced under the banner of Dharma Productions, the production house of Karan Johar and his mother Hiroo Johar.
Directed by Karan Malhotra, the film has music of Atul and Ajay. Amitabh Bhattacharya has written the lyrics for the songs of the film. The audience would love the item number of Katrina Kaif in this movie.
The story of Agneepath revolves around Mandwa, a small Indian village where Vijay Dinanath Chauhann (Hrithik Roshan) is trained by his father about the harsh realities of life. Life of Vijay gets disturbed and scattered no sooner than Kancha (Sanjay dutt) drags his father and hangs him to death. Vijay leaves the village along with his pregnant mother and set out for Mumbai. His only wish is to seek revenge form Kancha. Priyanka Chopra plays Kaali, the love interest of Vijay.
Surely it would be an out an out entertainment to see how Vijay avenges his father’s brutal death.
Promos are aired on television these days where Sanjay Dutt rocks as a villainous role. Hrithik Roshan is looking absolutely dashing in the character of an angry young man. Priyanka looks pretty as Kaali.
